01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "704 pub", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the website 704pub.biz and all related services.
• "Platform" — the 704 pub website located at 704pub.biz, including all games, services, features, and related mobile-accessible interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform, holding personal information, wallet balances, and game history.
• "Wallet" — the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, usable for placing bets and receiving winnings on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 704 pub. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money gaming service on the 704 pub Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 704 pub strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 704 pub does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• A password of sufficient strength as determined by the Platform

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on the 704 pub Platform. If 704 pub identifies that a player has registered multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — all such Accounts may be suspended, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate Accounts will be voided and forfeited without compensation.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 704 pub will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify 704 pub support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

704 pub may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers a compliance review. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as SSS/UMID card, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 704 pub support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure. Verified wallet balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 704 pub reserves the right to charge a dormant account maintenance fee, not to exceed ₱100 per calendar month, from the Account's wallet balance. Players will be notified by email before dormant account fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and complete any applicable re-verification requirements.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

704 pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and select Philippine bank transfer services including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are generally credited to your Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect. 704 pub does not charge deposit processing fees for standard e-wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name and linked to your verified identity. Third-party deposits — funds originating from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Withdrawal section of your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically feasible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification. 704 pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals requested from funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will not be processed until the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All wallet balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and game stakes are denominated in Philippine Pesos. 704 pub is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by players using payment methods denominated in foreign currencies.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives made available by 704 pub are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion-specific terms page and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated on the promotion page. Example: a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱15,000 before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion, as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is defined as any behavior designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intent, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing bets in a pattern that minimizes risk while satisfying wagering requirements; or otherwise gaming the bonus system in bad faith. 704 pub reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive bonus usage, and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. Unless otherwise stated, the default bonus validity period is thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the 704 pub Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once the relevant round is completed. Technical logs and server records maintained by 704 pub shall be the definitive record of game outcomes in the event of any dispute.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game on the Platform has a minimum and maximum stake per round, as displayed within the game interface. 704 pub reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at any time, including in connection with responsible gaming measures or risk management requirements.

7.3 Void Bets

704 pub reserves the right to void bets that are placed in error, result from a system malfunction, are placed in violation of these Terms, or are placed on game outcomes affected by a demonstrable technical fault. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's Wallet at the stake originally placed.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 704 pub — including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events — are governed by additional sports betting rules available within the sports section of the Platform. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sporting body or league. 704 pub is not responsible for inaccurate scores or results published by third-party data providers prior to official confirmation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 704 pub Platform:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are prohibited from gambling under applicable law
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform or its games
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, access controls, or security measures on the Platform
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 704 pub staff or other players
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without express written authorization

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 704 pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, audiovisual content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 704 pub or its licensed suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without the prior written consent of 704 pub.

The "704 pub" name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to the operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any medium is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 704 pub's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account wallet during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

704 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, gaming winnings, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 704 pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 704 pub makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, 704 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11 Responsible Gaming

704 pub is committed to supporting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling is a form of entertainment and that for the vast majority of players it remains enjoyable and controlled. However, we also recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all 704 pub account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Wallet.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Final Determination

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the records maintained on the 704 pub server logs shall be deemed the authoritative record of all transactions and game results. Displayed results on the player's device are for informational purposes only and do not constitute the official record.

13 Amendments to These Terms

704 pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You and 704 pub agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject first to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 12.

The Platform is regulated by PAGCOR. All gaming operations conducted through 704 pub are subject to PAGCOR's applicable rules, regulations, and licensing conditions, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
